We have received your registration form and your participation in the 2017 Ohio Counselor Tour is confirmed.

Please proceed in arranging travel to Ohio for the tour.

Air Travel
You must schedule your flight to Port Columbus International Airport (airport code CMH) arriving on Sunday, March 26, 2017 between the hours of 11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and departing from Port Columbus International Airport on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 after 6:45 p.m. On Wednesday, March 29, the tour bus will not arrive to the airport any earlier than 5:30 p.m. Due to a late end to the day on Wednesday, March 29, you may need to depart from Port Columbus International Airport the morning of Thursday, March 30. If this is the case, please contact the tour coordinator in order to book the most appropriate flight.

Ground Travel
Please arrive at the Embassy Suites Columbus-Airport no later than 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 26, 2017. Please provide some proof that you plan to drive to the tour (e.g., rental car reservation) to the tour coordinator.

To complete your registration, please mail, fax, or e-mail your travel arrangements, with proof of payment, to me no later than ten days after submitting the online registration form. If I do not receive this information in ten days, your tour spot will be given to a counselor on the waitlist.
